REPEATING YOUR AFFIRMATION
MINI MEDITATION IN YOUR CHAIR
whilst i have yr attention try this:
*turn up ur speakers if u can
*sit up straight in yr chair
*both feet flat on the ground
*if you have back or neck stiffness slouch in yr chair with yr head falling forward towards yr lap..most importantly you must be comfrotable, especially in yr lower back, neck & shoulders.
*close yr mouth, and breath through yr nose
*gently close yr eyes
*repeat to yrself
I AM HAPPY & RELAXED....I AM HAPPY & RELAXED...I AM HAPPY & RELAXED...
do this 5 times...then another 5 times....then another five times all the while listening and gently breathing......
if u can successfully do that for a couple of minutes...congratualions!...you have just meditated......
its so so easy...it just takes lots of mini meditations...then one 30 mins or an hr will be easy........
